Brachi Horen
Brachi (Israeli, B ) has learned and perfected her skills over many years. She spent her formative years working under the renowned artist Sylvia Bar-Am, winner of the Israel Prize for Art. With time, Brachi branched out and her expertise widened under the tutelage of other famous artists such as Chasya Leshinsky, Binyamin Bustiker and Penina Frank. In later years she perfected her skill when she learned with Yitzhak Holtz, a relationship Brachi says that continues to influence her direction in the world of art.
Brachi works with different media to express her artistic talent, such as canvas and parchment. Her parchment sketches combine various artistic techniques such as ink, water color and charcoal sketches, including gilding with 23.5 carat gold leaves.
Brachi has made pop shows in the U.S and is exhibited in galleries in Israel. Currently, Brachi is represented by Bleier & Co in New York.
